All orders will be processed in Australian dollars.

Shipping Locations

We offer delivery within Australia, excluding areas classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or restricted areas. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. During peak seasons, like November and December, slight delays may occur.

Delivery Times (After Order Processing)

  • NSW Metro: Up to 3 business days

  • Rural NSW: Up to 5 business days

  • Interstate Metro: Up to 3-6 business days

  • Interstate Rural: Up to 6-21 business days

Please note: During peak season, such as October to December, or unforeseen circumstances, such as floodings, there may be a delay in delivery times.

Cancellations

Subject to stock availability. In case of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfill the order once all items are available. We'll contact you to decide whether to await restocking or process a refund.

For international shipments, import duties and taxes are prepaid with no additional fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Transit Time

Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 - 7 days. Allow more time for rural areas.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Dispatch occurs on Monday - Friday during standard business hours.

Change of Delivery Address

Address changes are possible before dispatch. After dispatch, it's out of our control.

Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we'll wait for it to be available before dispatching your order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, contact us for an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers receive a tracking link for shipment progress.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged, reject it if possible, or contact customer service if already delivered.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier-stated value.
