Returns Policy

Return Due to Change of Mind

DFSouth does not accept returns due to a change of mind. For other return reasons, please contact our customer service team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and need to arrange their own shipping.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty upon delivery.

  • Footwear and Accessories: Must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags (if provided), placed inside a protective box when returned. Please avoid marking soles or damaging the shoe box during the try-on.

  • Security Tags: If an item has a DFSouth security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Jewelry: Must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

How To Return

Return Process

  • Notify customer service at shop@dfsouth.com.au about the return request.

  • Mail the product to 12 Nelson Avenue, Padstow, NSW, 2211, Australia, only after confirmation from the team.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Insurance

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items.

  • Contact shop@dfsouth.com.au and await confirmation before sending the item for exchange.

  • Returned shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refund

  • Our refund policy lasts for 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged, together with original tags. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted due to a change of mind.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the return, an email notification will be sent.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account and contact your bank provider if needed.

  • Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be received.

  • Contact shop@dfsouth.com.au if the refund is still not received.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.
